Refund policy


Natural variations in color or texture may occur in materials such as leather, marble, and fabrics, and are not considered defects. Slight color variations may also be present in fabrics due to dye lots. The appearance of the colors and textures of fabrics, leathers, and woods may vary on a computer screen or under different lighting conditions in the home, and these differences are not considered defects. Please note that solid wood products may have some cracking - this is completely normal and is not considered a defect as it is part of the settling process for the wood to adjust to the new environment.

Online Orders

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving item(s) if they are in stock. Some exclusions apply, as listed below. A restocking fee of 30% will be applied to all returned items, and the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unopened and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.

We do not accept returns on: Assembled and/or Modified items, Items without original packaging, Custom Made or Special Order Items, Mattresses, Accessories, and Clearance items.

To ensure that the furniture you purchase will fit in your home, it is important to accurately measure all doorways, hallways, architectural features, and room sizes. Orders cannot be returned due to incorrect measurements, so please be sure to measure accurately. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper measurements.

If you would like to cancel your online order, you have within 24 hours following the placement of your order to contact us by email at sales@furniturebarn.ca.

Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow a processing time of 3 to 5 business days for your refund to appear from the date of the confirmation email.

In-Store Orders

All Sales Final. No Cancellation. No Refunds on Special Order Items.

If any item(s) arrive damaged or defective simply note any damage upon delivery and email pictures of the defective furniture to sales@furniturebarn.ca within 24 hours of receiving items.
