In-Store Orders

Please visit us in-store for our shipping policy on products ordered in-store.

Online Orders

Customer service will process your order within 5 business days after it is placed. They will confirm stock availability and inform you of any delays in production or shipping. Delivery of your order will usually take approximately 4-6 weeks, but this is not a guarantee and delays can occur.

  • The delivery personnel will leave the unopened furniture at your front door or in the driveway/garage area.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to transport the unopened items inside their home. Once the items are delivered to the shipping address provided, the customer assumes ownership and risk of loss for the products.
  • A signature from the customer is required to confirm delivery.
  • If access to the delivery location is limited or unsafe, the delivery personnel has the right to refuse delivery. If this occurs, the customer should contact Furniture Barn at sales@furniturebarn.ca
  • The customer is responsible for being present and providing accurate shipping information. Failure to do so may result in additional charges for rescheduling.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Before delivery, our delivery personnel will check for damage to the cartons. If there is any damage, it must be noted on the proof of delivery slip. It is important to thoroughly inspect the items once they are received. If any damages or defects are found on the item(s), the customer must report it to sales@furniturebarn.ca within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damaged item(s).

Restricted Delivery Areas

There may be additional delivery charges for areas outside of main cities and towns that are considered remote. After the order is placed and confirmed, we will contact the customer via phone or email to inform them of any extra charges based on the distance to the nearest major city or town, or the nearest shipping terminal.
